General terms and conditions of business
I. The contract is entered into with the Hotel Perauer GmbH (on payment for a product).
II. You can pay directly by credit card to keep order costs to a minimum and have the items sent out by post. Payments can be made Europe-wide via advance payment (bank transfer). Products will be dispatched following receipt of payment. To send by post, we pass on any costs incurred in full and these costs are based on the volume, weight and size of your order. You will be informed of these charges in advance so that you can transfer them at the same time.
III. Individuals must be aged 18 or over to make a purchase from our online shop.
IV. Prices and products
Vouchers of a specific value including VAT cannot be redeemed for cash. Should you spend less than the value of your voucher, you will be issued with another credit note.
The invoice with tax statement can only be issued when the actual service has been performed, i.e. when the voucher has been redeemed (VAT Act).
No liability is accepted in the event of delayed delivery by post.
The voucher is only valid once the sum owed has been paid in full.
All vouchers are valid for 1 year.

VII. Security guarantee & data protection
Your security is of the utmost priority for us. This is why we treat your details such as credit card number, sort code, account number, name and address for credit card payments with the utmost confidentiality. Based on the general terms and conditions of business, the customer agrees to receive promotional materials from the Hotel Gasthof Perauer. Details will not be passed onto third parties
VIII. Exchange and return
Any vouchers which do not meet your expectations can be returned to us within 14 days of being sent out. It is necessary that the written declaration of cancellation (withdrawal) reaches the Hotel Gasthof Perauer within 14 days. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply if use of the service has already begun within the withdrawal period. This right of return only applies to customers who are classed as consumers. Food is excluded from these regulations.
